High-Adherence Silicone Primer is a cream-like product that uses advanced adaptive silicones to blur the look of pores and imperfections so that your makeup goes on smooth and stays on longer.This primer is incredible- like everyone else says, a little goes a long way. I have combination/normal skin, and I find it dries to a milky finish- not exactly matte, but definitely not shiny. It absolutely makes me GLOW and looks like I'm wearing face makeup when I'm not! in the attached photo I'm wearing only the primer, brow gel, mascara, and blush, and the photo doesn't have any editing on it or anything like that. As always, I'm obsessed with TO and their incredibly affordable and tip-top quality products.
